SALARY LISTING FOR CEOs

Oh we have worked our whole lives through
With basic wages we always made do
VIHA’S Pres makes over $400 K
As Health’s CEO he earns his pay

The bosses of Casinos and Public Health
Each earns a substantial amount of wealth
Soldiers and Cops lay their lives on the line
Daily risking their all to earn each dime

Now I am retired and on the pension
I’m a CEO too, I thought I’d mention
I no longer have a worldly boss
I run a charity that’s called ICROSS

My Directors and I we don’t earn any pay
We do the works of mercy every day
We do not earn great amounts of wealth
We work for the global poor instead of self

Those with high salaries are a fortunate lot
Some donate to those who are the have not(s)
The front page of our paper lists each name
And how much money brought front-page fame
