A CANVAS KIT BAG FILLED WITH FORTY POUNDS OF JELLY BEANS, IZZY DOLLS, BOOMER CAPS, AND LOVE

Beady-eyed officials carefully scanned the heavy pieces of kit.
What, pray tell, do we have here: would you please open it?
Oh it’s just a bunch of little dolls and newborn’s Boomer caps.
I put a few candies in there too for the little gals and chaps.

Little children in the sun are happy when the mazunga comes.
Izzy Dolls and Boomer Caps jelly beans and spinning tops.
Harmonica song music is made while little children clearly sing.
As our shamba soil sprouts beans in the early African Spring.

Our well is dug and our new pump, it has been ordered now.
Soon we’ll have a new Billy goat and a brand new milking cow.
Milk for our children as they daily read and in their books they write.
Thanks to our donors in Canada, who help to stem hunger’s plight.
