Colombie-Britanniqe, dat’s de place dat we came out to seek
Wen we lef behind de ol’ Army and said bun chance to de Infantry
To de wet coast of lotus land we traveled here by car
Wid barrack box up on de roof we drove through Boston Bar

Some say dat dis is de lef coast, ome of doze NDP?
But we live here in Saanichton an we are all PC!
We vote for Stevie Harper an our own guy Gary Lunn
An living here in la-la-land, dat’s sure a lotta fun!

We never got no Stanley Cup cause we got doze darn Canucks
Some day we jus mite get dare by de shootin’ of more pucks!
I yusta be a Habs fan but switched to de Sens an Maple Leafs
But now I am a Canucks fan and dat brings me lottsa griefs

I like it here. moze uf de year, skookum fishin’ in de chuck
It rains heavy in winter and our reservoirs fill up
We got de clean fresh water, we got de clean fresh air
And wid doze Easterners back dere our taxes we all share!

So bring your tourist dollars an visit us here in B.C.
Come see our Butcharts Gardens an de orcas in de sea
Come see beautiful 1st Nations art an de Museum of History
An if I’m not in Africa, please come an visit me!
