I SOAR

I spread my silver wings
For I feel the spirits of the wind
That lifts me from my lofty perch.

On spirits wind I soar towards the sky and through the clouds.;
Towards the sun I soared then down through long green valleys,
For I feel the spirits of the wind beneath my silver wings.

Up the water falls through the mist they made then through the rainbows of the sun.
Over the hills and valleys so green I soar to search for spirits lost,
To gather them gently in my wings and take them home to rest
For I feel the spirits of the wind.

I carry them through silver lined clouds into the sky so blue towards the sun.
Over the hills and valleys so green and the ocean blue and over mountains capped in white,
To the cool green valleys of home;
For at home they are not lost,
For now they rest in the cool green valleys of home.

Now at twilight I return
To wait for morning light
And the spirits of the wind,
To bring more spirits home to rest
Beneath my silver wings.
