“They got a lot o’ shit,” he said
“They got more guns than me”
“Put on your six,” he said
“The boss has got to see”

Battalion six got on the horn
And said, “Stay where you are”
“We have three sorties airborne
And artillery is not that far”

“I can’t hold out for long”
“We’ll protect the flank somehow”
“This place is full of Cong”

“I see the Phantoms in the air
Ordinance is on its way”
“Send four duces by the pair”
“Tell artillery to pound away”
