SUBLUXATION SORCERESS

Hippocrates’s priestess
Calls forth the ancient arts
To ease the suffering of the misshapen
Only strong manipulation
Of the inner luxation
Can free the elements
Trapped within the links
Frozen by internal rust

The body twists
Under the alchemist’s will
An opposite action to straighten
The crooked path
Of the physical work ethic

The thunder roars
The earth body cracks
Pressure releases

The stagnant pond ripples
Life returns
Nature balances
And the Spiritual warrior
Returns to the asphalt jungle reborn.
