FOREVER LOVE
(For Grant)

Grant and Faye – December 22, 2002Castles built by man last but a day
A forever love of flesh and blood
is just that… flesh and blood… and fragile
Love can live on when the flesh is gone…
and so will mine… growing sweeter with time
this love of mine lasting… forever and a day

In this life we find little pieces of Heaven
… clutching them so selfishly in our hands
knowing we cannot hold on forever…
but clinging as long as we are able
Lord… remind me that all… will be restored
on that day when we enter in Heaven’s Door
