YEAH

While a message may escape among our sometimes rambling rhyme
Or in a riddle be cleverly hidden, it happens all the time
But if our words could be heard, and the writer’s eyes be seen
Then perhaps we wouldn’t ask the question, “Now what the hell’s he mean?”

Meanwhile, within that mind’s grey college, lies much that will remain
As we let out just enough to tease… and to drive some folks insane
So here’s to you professor Jones and to all great and lesser bards
Today another hand’s been dealt, time to fold or play the cards
