JOHN JONES

His name is John Jones, and he was a United States veteran
He was 21 years old and he was in Iraq
He was a sniper with great skill
He thought shooting was a thrill
BOOM! He fired a shot on a hill

His name is John Jones, and he was a United States veteran
He wasn’t only a sniper
He was a good friend and student
He wasn’t very fond of Iraqis
BOOM! His grenade killed several enemies

His name is John Jones, and he was a United States veteran
He joined the war because of video games
He loved video games so much and was so good at it
He said, when he was 16, “I will join the army and be a sniper”
BOOM! He killed another player

His name is John Jones, and he was a United States veteran
He was on a hill with the rifle in his hands
He was ready to shoot an enemy in the head
An Iraqi soldier behind him, walking unnoticed
BOOM! A bullet went through his head

His name is John Jones, and he was a United States veteran
He died September 11th, 2006
We found his body on a hill near Baghdad
My name is Jacob Jones, and I’m a doctor
John Jones: he is my brother
