Oh the joys of the English language.

How brash and self-aggrandising she is, who claims the noises of communication from all times and cultures – bending, blending, and twisting their words and meanings for her own preferences… and then has the temerity too, to license wordsmiths to further bend, blend, and twist her sounds, contexts, and definitions to their own purpose and design. Thus she is sweetly alive… unlike her ancestral roots.

Oh what a privilege it is to be a wordsmith of the language called English!
