AHH, SOMEWHERE OUT THERE

Ahh, somewhere out there...
What a beautiful place to be
Where love abounds everywhere
And every yearning heart is set free

Ahh, somewhere out there...
Lives a humble poet who seeks peace
Revealing in his rhyme scheme rare
This quest which must never cease

Ahh, somewhere out there...
Unspoken sorrow flows from his pen
Written with such an eloquent flair
It disguises here and now's bitter wind

Ahh, somewhere out there...
Live men who really and truly care
Not in tomorrow's distant space
But right here in this very place

Ahh, somewhere out there...
Is a perfect 'tail' laced with perfect rhyme
Giving us a glimpse from atop that stair
Thank you, Gary, for this vision sublime!

Your eternal friend, I am
