GOD ON TRIAL

God’s plaintiffs… lynching liars!
converted most in town,
but not those humble followers
who’ll wear the victor’s crown.

Lord Jesus walked on water
as well as earthen sod
convincing those with ears:
“I am the Son of God.”

From Noah’s faithful seed
through generations hence,
they stood up for the Truth,
though it doesn’t need defense.

For the Lord… of even liars,
will have the final say
when Heaven’s door is shut
and the key is thrown away.
