BECAUSE YOU’RE WORTH IT

I couldn’t let the day go by
and leave you feeling sad.
It was the least that I could do
with all the dough I had.

I spent my raise and pocket change
to buy those sweets for you.
I wrecked the car and hit a pole
and ran a light or two.

But, Ann, you’re really worth it!
I’m glad it worked so fast.
As for me… I’ll be feelin’ better
when they remove my cast!
