ALL THAT YOU KNOW
It's dark, but you know that.
It's cold and it's windy,
while the rain lashes down.
There's a feeling in the pit of your stomach.
It's dark, but you know that.
It's dark, but you know that.
You all rise together, in your extended line.
You squelch towards the summit.
Returning fire at the flashes in front.
It's dark, but you know that.

Author’s Note: Before attacks they used to tell you the same thing. It got boring and repetitive. It was always the truth, however. There just wasn't a lot of it (information); we were often kept in the dark, in more ways than one!!
