Growing up as a child in a broken home with four brothers, Randall endured the hardships of poverty, alcoholism, abuse and placement in numerous foster care homes. He's grown to be a modest man, who has never forgotten how hard life's lessons can be. Randall served in the navy, worked as a carpenter, and realized dreams do come true when he was hired as a police officer. Those who know Randall, will tell you that he has an unmatched compassion for people, and vows to never let a bad experience darken his heart. Randall has been awarded three valors, and several merits during his career. His philosophy is simple; face your fears, be true to yourself and have the courage to respect life and enjoy all it has to offer.
