WHY?

If the crime rate is decreasing
why is the prison population increasing?
When it is obvious that corporate crime is increasing
why are there no prosecutions for corporate crime?

Why was more money and time spent to investigate
the Monica Lewinsky affair in the USA
than the largest corporate criminal rip offs of the American public purse
by Enron, Haliburton, the banks and all the oil companies?

Why are we baling out companies,
that made bad product decisions
and banks that knowingly participated
in the world’s largest Ponzi scheme and real estate scams,
with taxpayer dollars?

These are things I would like to know
before I die
I’m like a little kid trying to figure out the world
by merely asking
why?
