what ever
out here on the edge of never
and the illusion
of a viral being together

who the hell is this person
I’m waiting for
in the absence of substance
does this mean simply that less is more

some Irish guy
in Paris
dug himself a play like trench
was it better in English than in French

appointments that are kept
by only one side
show the others contempt
for courtesy and others pride

but there is no place to go
so I sit here
once again, like an idiot
waiting for Godot
