STUPID

Went to the films last night
and had to laugh.
Watching Bill Maher
talk to people
who believe in God.
He was kinda preaching to the choir
because I doubt that any of the audience
was from the “true” believer types.
What surprised me
was that intelligent people
in every other realm of thought
would succumb to believing
the fairy tales
spun in the name of religion.
Then this morning
went to uTube
and watched interviews
of people at Sarah Palin’s
campaign stops
and realized that not only
were the majority of people attending
ignorant,
they were proud of it.
They were there to support one of their own
an ignorant ill informed religious
wing nut
and were willing to vote for her and McCain
in hopes that she
would be only a faltering heartbeat
away from starting a nuclear holocaust.
Face it people,
John McCain, if elected,
is not going to last four years.
Where is the Darwin’s theory
in all this?
These people are too ignorant and too stupid
they should have been scrubbed
out of the gene pool
by natural selection by now.
Perhaps there should
be an intelligence test
for voting?
This whole election charade is just
too
stupid.
