with that tune on continuous loop
in my brain
so its the petrified toast left over night
and a coffee
and to the exercise I love the most
and let the words spill out on the screen
in no particular order
you could call this a language murder
right at the edge of understanding
and look at that guy grandstanding
and the cacophony of the concert
ringing in my ears
and the large screen going on and off
in the reality of my brain.

so will put my head down
and try again
and ignore the early morning traffic
already starting
and the first of the morning OD siren
bouncing off my outside walls
and the early morning chill
from an early morning winter rain
splattering on the street and gurgling down the drains
to the moan and clunk of a passing train
thinking about the carnal pleasures
and forbidden treats
hiding
behind the facade of Save on Meats.
