WHAT CAN WE DO?
What can we do? When Angels fight
Their silver wings turn black,
For every dove there lives a crow,
And words one can’t take back.
The monster rears in everyone,
And threatens loving friends,
That when the demons have all gone,
Sadness comprehends.
For all it takes is one small thought,
One respectful point of view,
Acknowledgement of those distraught,
Who think so much of you.
That the anger is all cast aside,
For love is more sacred than your pride.
