THE NEW RELIGION

So many people believe in bullshit,
That I reckon it must be true,
I don’t think people can be without it,
Particularly when sipping a brew.
It is the religion of the Army and Air Force,
Of the Navy and governments too:
Its profanities all the people endorse,
And its ridiculously devious view.
Its comparable with all other belief,
With atheism, freemasonry and cults,
That erect a mysterious God as their chief,
That from worship great chaos results’
Yup, Bullshit is the new world belief,
For it thrives on what it insults.
