SUNDAY

Is Sunday not the day called the Sabbath?
Then Saturday is the first day of the week:
Thus if God made Sunday the Sabbath,
Then Sunday is the last day of the week.
The Sabbath is the most sacred day,
Without the Sabbath there’s no Christian belief.
But man who is so greedy for pay,
Takes over from God as the chief.
Christians rearrange the scriptures to suit,
Their whims, self promotion and greed,
Thus their religion comes into dispute,
For to believe one must follow the creed.
But Sunday remains the Sabbath,
And men continue to bleed.
