READY TO FIGHT BACK

We need not agree with each other’s opinion,
Nor walk the same political road,
We may well be as an apple and onion,
Or as a frog might be to a toad.
But we all have someone we care for,
And most of our thoughts are the same,
Sometimes we are confident and sure,
Sometimes we feel inadequate and lame.
We are influenced by many smart people,
Who cause us to follow the wrong track,
Becoming a bell in somebody’s steeple,
Who, what we all have they do lack.
We need only to be whom we are,
All freestanding and ready to fight back.
