LIFE AIN’T BAD

It rained today it always does
When it has long been dry,
The brown grass now is looking green
And there’s a sparkle in my eye

It’s sometimes cold and sometimes hot
But one always follows the other
Tis the way the old bloke stirs the pot
Though I don’t know why he’d bother

It’s funny that the way we’re sad
Then the way we’re filled with mirth
Makes one feel life ain’t that bad
On this kaleidoscopic Earth
