I ALWAYS LOOK IN THE SHADOWS
I always look into the shadows,
Because there’s lots of light in there,
And places to hide from reality,
Where there is nothing everywhere.
If there are mountains there must be valleys,
If there is night there must be day,
If there is a life of blooms and blossoms,
Then there is also foul decay.
There exists no flying objects
Of a shape we have not seen
And we may look back forever
But we can’t see where we’ve been.
And tomorrow is a mystery
That will always remain unseen.
