CHRISTMAS DESIGNS

Let us not be told what Christmas is,
Let it be what we’d have it be,
For no matter what another thinks,
With our own eyes we must see.
Be it for Jesus Christ or Santa Claus,
For the rich or for the poor,
For a time to open stolid doors,
To reflect on things gone by before.
It is to each and every one,
Whatever it is to their own minds
For when all is said and done and gone,
We draw our own designs
