HAVE FAITH IN YOUR CHILDREN

Let us have faith in our children,
And not compare them with ourselves,
For we have long forgotten,
What lies on our dusty shelves.
Let us just be there to help them,
Show interest in what they do,
And like every generation,
Most kids will make it through.
Give them love and friendship,
Not your anger and your scorn,
Like you they face life’s hardships,
Into which they were born.
A choice that you made for them,
In a world that you formed.
