ALL THE SNOWMEN LOST

We may choose to apply an old fashioned ethic,
But despite our loyalty, all things do change.
Though we may think new ways pathetic,
It is we who will appear to be so strange.
For what is right is the accepted process
That overwhelms us, like a rolling tide,
For none can stop the advance of progress,
Devouring politesse and old fashioned pride.
Political correctness is the festering lie
That infects with a culture of Godless right;
Freedom's sanctuary where truth will die
And love will lose the passionate fight
And melt alongside respect and honour!
All the snowmen lost in the evaporating white.
