LIFE...

Life, where is thy mirror of mystery thou pose
that one couldst look into it to find love's rose
Shouldst men have the pleasure of taking a look
and read within the pages of this mirrors book
From whence then shall a body come to discover
this rose's perfume smelt only by one's lover
Drink deeply from waters of eternal salvation
of love's perfection and wallow in its creation

Life, hast thou the secrets to openly reveal
that thou wouldst share with those who feel
'Tis glory knowing what is in thy reflection
that one might peek and review its selection
Where shall we look to see what it is we need
which table do we eat of from which we feed
Would it suffice to take of thy bounty's fair
to be filled with all the love that we could share

Love, wilt thou give to men all that they ask of thee
fill them to overflowing what has been an eternal mystery
