FLAMES OF FOREVER
Seeking none to see
never caring if known
just to burn now free
this little flame shown.
Flickering in and out
almost dimmed in rain
a little warmth to flout
but mostly just in pain.
Freedom's ever to burn
amid the lusts of man
where the greedy yearn
flames they never fan.
Flames of forever touch
the hearts of the honest
as freedom means much
this flame never to rest.
