'Tis then that He whispers and, if the heart is strong, does one hear.

BUT TO ASK
seeking just to know
in making a choice
will this help me grow?
Each bended knee
expands the spirit oft
extending our plea
to the Father aloft.
Asking forgiveness
wanting to forget
feeling a loneliness
with each tear let.
But to ask gently
bowing in contrition
acknowledging tenderly
each small admission.
