Charles J. Ingerson
THOUGH I WALK

Moving forward
finding thorns
hidden paths
mud filled roads
and bush thick.

Darkened byways
beckoning to me
dwarfing rights
entrapping vines
closing escape

Though I walk
in the valley
always I know
light is there
if I but look.
