THE SOLDIER

When I hear people say that we don’t need the military, or that war is not the answer to our problems, and that we can talk things though, and we don’t think we need to fight I ask them: Did bin laden say, ‘Hey I hate you and I think that the US is Satan so let’s talk.’ NO he did not!

And they just stand there and look at me and say that I am racist, and that all I want to do is kill any one that is different. I just sat to them: No I am not racist, and if I wanted to kill any one that is different then I would kill every one because we are all different.

Then I also say: Who do you think gave all the rights that you take for granted every day? It was THE SOLDER who fought the Indians and the British for land and independence, and the Spanish and French for land – and it was THE SOLDER who fought to keep this country one, and to free the blacks from slavery – and it was THE SOLDER who fought back the Germans in WW1 and kept this country safe from harm – and it was THE SOLDER who fought the Japanese and the Germans in WW2 to get retribution for those who were killed at Pearl Harbor and to keep this country safe – and it was THE SOLDER who fought in Korea for a cause that he did not understand but he went to serve his country – and it was THE SOLDER who fought in Vietnam for an oppressed people (and they still haven’t gotten the thanks they need) – and it was THE SOLDER who went to IRAQ to protect a small country and to protect his country and the people in it – and it is THE SOLDER who is once again in IRAQ and also in AFGHANISTAN to protect us all from fear and to get back at those who attacked the UNITED STATES on SEPTEMBER 11, 2001

And it will be THE SOLDER who will protect us from now on!
