WWII... 320th AA Barrage Balloon Battalion, VLA
Bill served in Vietnam as a US Navy Corpman with the 1st Recon Batallion, 1st Marine Division in Da Nang in 1969-70. A POW-MIA advocate and supporter of the troops wherever they serve, he is also dedicated in telling the stories of those who served in past wars.
He made a promise to his Dad, George A. Davison, to tell his dad's story and the story of 320th Barrage Balloon Battallion VLA (Very Low Altitude). These pages display that story (and more) and are dedicated to that promise.
