The quietness stirs me in Tranquility-Base
Slowness of posts, messages, comments
What has happened to the dear friends there?
What has happened to its inhabitants?

Many an occasion of poems or stories shared
Sometimes funny pictures with captions too
Jokes and e-cards presented comforting words
What has happened to its inhabitants and you?

Some are on vacation, taking a break, or gone
Perhaps some are sick, downtrodden or sad
Life can be hard at this time of year for many
What has happened to its inhabitants’ basad?

Author’s Note: Dear Friends in Tranquility Base ~ I have missed a lot of you and your posts. I know this time of year is a somber one for many, because of what you have done for this country, reunions and anniversaries. I have come into this place and felt comfortable amongst many, and I care about you like you are my close friend or family. I hope no one is ill, or just having a rough time. If so, I send you my comforting thoughts and prayers. If you are enjoying life, taking a break, then I send my happy wishes for you as well. This poem is dedicated to all of you in Tranquility-Base.
