prancing

springlike
fanfare
of
tulips of red
and
creeping phlox
of
amethyst fleur

pollen
of
sneezles
and sniffles
gather
to watch
this
parade
of royal
delight
on
the turf
of
Bermuda
Surrounding
in
the sea
of
old man’s
winter
withering
away
from
the
drab

pale blue
and
white
flit
and
float
to
and
fro
dining
upon
sweetness
of
nectar
barely
noticing
this
early
arrival
of the
popular
germinating
spree
of
weeds
