COME WITH ME

Come with me
And we shall see
All the flowers
Which fill our hours
And all the geese
Which float in peace,
Upon the Lake so blue.

Does your heart
Stand so still
When upon the hill
You hear a whippoorwill?
Do you think of words
When you hear the birds
Flying above the lake,
When their flight they take?

Do not think it odd
That Nature is tuned to God,
For when you walk with me,
It is God we both shall see!
So, come with me
And we shall see
All the flowers
Which fill our hours!
