New Mexico: Off Highway 40Mountain tops
with valleys below
are always in
the way I go.

Mountains rise
so hard to climb
for I am old
not in my prime.

Yet the valleys
afford a place
of testing in
this earthly race.

Valleys make one
strong in every way
even the one
I see today.

Beyond the valley
there is a mountain
where sweet waters flow
from God’s pure fountain!
