D-DAY
May June 6th stir your heart and mind for patriotism, in that so many young men died over 60 years ago for the cause of Freedom, which all of us enjoy? Those who fell that day cannot greet the morning, nor can they speak of Freedom. Their sacrifice still speaks loudly of Freedom for which they died. The RED waters of the English Channel blushed that day in history for the price paid in the name of Freedom. I salute the dead and remember what price Freedom cost 63 years ago. I am embarrassed that I could not give my life as did they. Some must die and some must live to remember their death on that D-Day Morning so long ago.
