RAMBLINGS ABOUT 2012
Seems to me
Doomsayers are a plenty
They all want to tell when
This old world will end.
There have been doomsayers of the past
Who got it wrong while the world stood aghast
Trembling with knocking knees
Fainting at the sound of a sneeze.
Now come more of the same
(Wish they’d go the way they came)
The world will end in 2012
Into chaos everything will delve.
I’d tell them all just where to go
But, damn, I don’t believe in hell.
So I think I’ll just be crass
And tell them all to kiss my ass.
