For me a cave – deep and dark.
For you a tree, tall and leaved;
For me a wall – tall and impregnable.

For you the wind;
For me the air – quiet and still.
For you the strength of the tree;
For me the solitude of the cave

For you comfort in cover;
For me comfort in the dark.
For you protection from your predator;
For me protection from my demon

Can you climb down from your lofty protection?
Can I come out into the light?
Can you again light upon the earth?
Can I surmount the fortress wall?

May healing come to us all!
