Going on from day to day
my thoughts are always of you…
I miss our long talks so much
I’m at a loss for what to do.

I try so hard to imagine
how my life will be
without all the quality time
you always share with me.

So naturally you give love
friendship and loyalty…
just the sound of your laughter
brings pure joy to me.

Through tough times and troubles
you have always been there…
without a doubt in my mind
I’ve always known you care…

A sense of security I’ve always had
not fearing what my future holds…
I knew we would grow old together
and I would always have a place to go…

Words just cannot express what it means
to have you in my world every day…
I cannot imagine me without you
I never dreamed you would be going away…
