ELUSIVE
Carefully walking through the wood,
Must be quiet, seek with the eyes.
They are hidden, come with surprise,
They are very disguised.
Step carefully, make no mistake,
They pop up in a heart shake.
May be one, or may be many,
Always you hope for plenty.
The moral: mushroom so fine,
Nutty flavor and so divine.
Sautéed in eggs, or fried alone,
A little Heaven you brought home.
