Ronald J. Murray served in Viet Nam, from June 1966 to June 1967 with the 179th Aviation Company, 1st Aviation Brigade as a door gunner, and from February 1968 to February 1969 in Hq. Hq Company and Delta Company, 2nd, 505th Infantry Battalion, 3rd Brigade, 82nd Airborne Division. Ron lives in Lake Wales, Florida and has three children and four grandchildren. He is totally committed to the POW-MIA issue and stands firm in his belief that there are POWs still alive today.
