COL

It's late in the evening
I must go to sleep
but as I drift off,
A smile starts to creep

On to my face,
And, before I depart
I trying to say something
witty and smart

Alas, I'm exhausted
I barely can start
Col you ol rascal
You've stolen my heart

My name up in headlights
In what's known as Caps
Well that's an improvement
Last week I wrote crap

This week there are verses
who's title is me
And... Just as I'm calling
Hey Tim come and see

Col's written me something
I spy the PEE ESS
My name as the title
He now sights the rest

I'm listed with ladies
creative, it's true
I'm very possessive
So what should I do

I'll get me some sleep
and tomorrow proceed
to write a COL poem
and will thus sate the need

to graciously thank him
for spelling it write
Yes Col I say Thank You
Please have a goodnight.

PS...A goodnight to all the men I hold dear, Tony, Woody, Subs, T-bone, Tim, Chuck, Snake, Phil, Steve, Roger, and my first-grade boyfriend... Ezra, Fred...the new member Andy

This response was prompted by the poem, Robin

Col?

I am so excited to see your name.... tell me how your hard drive is

I'll think of a rhyme

Oh I'm soooooooo excited
In fact delighted

To Which Col replied

My HD is ok, but the computer mother board is RS. This means I have the HD but can't use it. This is my new computer, I am still setting up. Later I hope to add the "other" HD to this computer and recover the stuff on it.

I am not very happy at the moment... but your post has boosted my countenance somewhat.

Boosted your what?
With my little butt?
Spirit returns....
Some times it burns
Not very happy? Baby who is?
just write it down - call it show biz
you make me smile
back in awhile
I have errands to do
A nail filed, or two
