Joel T. Bailey

Joel T. Bailey

Joel, born on August 16, 1944 in Copiah County, Mississippi, served with the US Navy for 4 years and is a member of the USS Yellowstone AD27 Association and the Sons of Confederate Veterans. He retired in 2007 from Letourneau Technologies after 35 years service.
