IN REMEMBRANCE OF LT. JOYCE
The jungle canopy was dense
I could hardly see the sky
The mountain terrain pure torture
A hell of a place to die
But here in these mountains
A "Marine's Marine" would die
While fighting beside his buddies
In these mountains that touch the sky
