CRITICAL THINKING
They gave my family much criticism for their deeds
Saying I’d never live past the age of the three
Never being able to walk or have a child
Brother let me tell you if I had a dime
For every word that was spoken
Against me or someone I knew
I’d be rich but I am a critic too
I’m my own worst critic
All silliness aside
I never can think positive
Now that I can sometimes hide
I am critical of my looks
And a critically paranoid mom
But all that aside these words I have spun
A critical view is not to be taken lightly
Criticism is crude but it makes some
Just as mighty
I was criticized for everything I did
I wonder if criticism is all
It’s cracked up to be?
